Dr.Anupam Sen has been working as the Vice-Chancellor of Premier University since October 1, 2006.Before joining PU he had been Professor of Sociology at Chittagong University for 36 years.He had also taught at Dhaka University for more than 4 years and at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) for 1 year..During this time he held different administrative positions such as the chairman of sociology and the dean of Social Sciences at Chittagong University.
