Grade report are recorded and prepared by the Registrar's Office and mailed to guardians soon after the end of each semester.Students are solely responsible for their academic progress and should consult immediately with their academic advisors if their performance is unsatisfactory .Failure to maintain satisfactory progress can lead to the cancellation of financial aid, academic probation, dismissal,or other equally serious consequences.
The grade in a course is based on an overall evaluation of a student's performance in assignments,quizzes,term papers,project work,class participation,class attendance and examinations.In each semester, GPA is computed to determine the academic standing of the student and CGPA is calculated for every student considering all the courses taken so far by the student in the program.GPA and CGPA is calculated as per the following formula:
